A safe space for real change
For me, coaching is not a fixed set of techniques or a predefined script.
It is a way of working with a client in the present moment — based on what they truly need.
Space and direction
Sometimes the work is about moving thinking forward and narrowing the focus.
At other times it is about slowing down and giving space to what is emerging.
Part of my role is sensing when it is time to ask questions that move things forward and when it is more helpful to simply hold the space.
Awareness
I focus on recognizing learned behavioural patterns that may no longer serve the client.
The goal is not to “fix” them, but to support a conscious choice to respond differently.
Rhythm of the client
We work at a pace that is possible in the moment.
Change has its own rhythm — solutions that come too quickly often lead to more pressure rather than real transformation.
Shared responsibility
I am responsible for creating a safe and structured process and for guiding the conversation.
The client is responsible for how they use this space in their everyday life.
How do I approach coaching
My path to coaching
I have been working with people for more than twenty years — mainly in HR, in both local and international companies.
I spent many years in environments with high expectations, responsibility and performance pressure, where people were often expected to function regardless of circumstances.
How working with people gradually deepened
Experiencing coaching in practice
It was in the HR environment that I first encountered coaching more closely.
I saw how powerful it could be — giving people space to think differently, pause, and name things they had been carrying for a long time.
It felt meaningful and powerful. And at the same time, I sensed it was something I would one day want to do myself.
Coaching that makes sense to me
From observing to personal experience
This experience confirmed for me that coaching creates the most meaningful change when it goes deeper and works with the whole person.
Not only with what we can analyse with our minds, but also with what we feel, what we need, and what we may have been suppressing for a long time.
I believe real change does not come from pressure to perform, but from greater awareness, understanding ourselves better, and making more conscious choices in everyday life.
At a certain stage of my life, coaching stopped being only a development tool I knew from HR.
In 2024 I completed my first coaching training and stepped onto a path that naturally connects with my previous work with people — and one that continues to inspire me today.
My coaching may be right for you if…
you are looking for a space where you can pause and reflect on your situation in a broader context
you are willing to work not only with what you can analyse rationally, but also with what you feel and need
you believe in gradual change, without shortcuts, and with respect for your own pace
you want to actively participate in the process and find solutions that work in real life

The next step can be a short introductory meeting where we can explore whether coaching is the right path for you.
