Coaching
Coaching for moments when you need to pause and reconnect with what truly matters to you right now.
A space where you can slow down, take a breath, and regain clarity.
Without pressure to perform. With respect for where you are.
When coaching can be helpful
Coaching becomes meaningful when you start to feel that something inside you is no longer working the way you would like — even if everything on the outside may appear to be fine.
Coaching is not about “fixing” something.
It is a space where you can understand what is happening within you, clarify what truly matters to you, and identify the next step that feels meaningful right now.
This feeling often appears in moments when you:
are thinking about the next step in your career or life
feel the long-term impact of pressure and a fast pace
are facing an important decision and want to gain clarity
experience fatigue, inner restlessness, or dissatisfaction that is difficult to name
notice similar situations or patterns repeating in your life and no longer want them there
What coaching is — and what it is not
Coaching is not a place where someone tells you what you should do, nor a space where you are expected to “perform better” at any cost.
It is also not about quick fixes or universal advice.
Coaching is, on the contrary, a conscious collaboration focused on your current situation.
It helps you better understand yourself, clarify what is important to you, and find steps that make sense for you — not according to external expectations, but according to your own reality.
Coaching is not:
therapy or working with past trauma
mentoring where you receive advice or ready-made solutions
motivational “pushing” toward higher performance
judging, correcting, or evaluating what is right or wrong
a space for continuing long-term pressure without a willingness to change something
How I work with clients
In coaching, I create a calm and safe space where you can pause and look at your situation without pressure to perform or immediately solve things.
The goal is not to fix you, judge you, or tell you what is “right.”
The purpose is to help you gradually become more aware of what is truly happening within you and in your life.
I work through conversation, thoughtful questions, and different coaching approaches that help clarify thoughts, reduce inner pressure, and bring more orientation to what you are experiencing.
Part of the work also includes noticing signals from the body — tension, fatigue, or sometimes a sense of ease. These signals often reveal more than we consciously realise and can help distinguish what truly matters to you.
Depending on the situation, we look for a balance between structure and space.
Sometimes it is useful to name things clearly, clarify direction, and work very concretely — for example when facing an important decision or a challenging work situation. At other times, it is more helpful to slow down, reduce inner pressure, and create space for what is emerging, allowing deeper insight and clarity to arise.
I always start from where you are right now. The pace and direction of our work adapt to you. The goal is for you to leave with greater clarity, inner calm, and steps that genuinely belong to you.
How the collaboration works
Each session is different because both you and your situation evolve over time.
However, the overall structure of our work together is simple and clear.
Spolupráce má jasný rámec, ale její konkrétní podoba se vždy odvíjí od vaší situace a potřeb.

Our work has a clear framework, but the specific form always evolves according to your situation and needs.

Most common ways we work together

PAUSE AND CLARITY - 3 sessions
Suitable if you are dealing with a specific topic, standing before an important decision, or need space to gain perspective and clarify your next step.
3 × 60 minutes
focused on your current situation
space for clarity and decision-making
Coaching is a process that takes some time to have a real impact.
For this reason, collaboration is usually set within a series of sessions.
Think of these as possible frameworks — the specific form of cooperation is always shaped after the introductory meeting and according to your current situation.
Introductory consultation (30 min)
The introductory meeting allows us to get to know each other, clarify what brings you here, and explore whether coaching is the right fit for you at this moment.
You will also gain a better sense of my working style and what collaboration could look like.
duration: 30 minutes
format: online or in person
price: free

SPACE FOR CHANGE - 6 sessions
Suitable if you want to go deeper, work with recurring themes, and allow time for new insights to become integrated into everyday life.
6 × 60 minutes
greater continuity
space for more sustainable change
One-time session (exceptional cases)
This format can be useful when you need a short pause, consultation on one specific topic, or an outside perspective.
It is not intended as a full coaching process and does not replace longer-term collaboration.
1 × 90 minutes
one focused consultation
The price of coaching depends on the selected scope of collaboration and is discussed individually during the introductory consultation.
Sessions take place online or in person by agreement (Prague / Říčany).
What clients often take away from coaching
Clients often describe leaving coaching with:
greater clarity about what is really happening in their life or work
more calm in their mind and less inner pressure
greater confidence when making decisions and taking meaningful steps
a deeper connection with themselves and their needs
the ability to recognise overload earlier and respond sooner
a feeling that they can rely on themselves, not just keep “functioning”
The outcomes of coaching vary depending on the topic and the stage of life you are in.
Change usually does not happen in sudden leaps, but through gradual shifts that begin to appear in everyday life — in work, relationships, and in the relationship you have with yourself.
Who coaching is suitable for
Coaching is not a universal solution for everyone or every situation.
It works best when your expectations meet what coaching actually offers.
Coaching may be a good fit for you if:
you want to better understand yourself and your current situation
you are looking for a space where you can pause, clarify your direction and reflect without pressure
you are willing to take responsibility for your decisions and next steps
you feel that continuing “the same way as before” is no longer sustainable for you
you want to work on changes that make sense in your real life
Coaching may not be the right form of support for you if:
you are looking for quick advice, instructions, or ready-made solutions
you want someone to make decisions for you or motivate you to perform
you want change but are not ready to genuinely try things differently
you need an immediate solution to a crisis or an acute psychological situation
you are looking for therapy focused on processing past trauma
(In these cases, another type of support may be more appropriate.)
