Why we founded ELEVIA PEOPLE
ELEVIA PEOPLE grew out of our long-term experience in HR and people management.
Over the years, we repeatedly met companies that had grown successfully — but lacked the time or capacity to approach HR systematically.
HR was often handled “on the side,” without expertise, clear processes or enough space to truly structure it.
From practice, we know that when responsibilities, roles and processes are not clearly defined, chaos follows.
Tasks get lost, misunderstandings arise, conflicts increase and unnecessary tension builds.
People are often not overwhelmed because there is too much work — but because it is unclear who is responsible for what, or why something should be done at all.
Sometimes multiple people handle the same task without knowing it.
We also see a lack of transparency in reward systems — bonuses, benefits or performance reviews.
This often leads to frustration and demotivation that gradually affects the whole company.
Recruitment and onboarding can be equally challenging.
Without clear processes, new hires struggle to find their footing — and initial motivation can quickly turn into uncertainty or frustration.
At the same time, we know that setting up systems alone is not enough.
Today’s work environment places high demands on people.
Without space for balance, reflection and personal support, even the best-designed processes will not work long term.
We founded ELEVIA PEOPLE to connect these two dimensions.

In her work, she combines expertise, practical experience and deep respect for people.

Eva has many years of experience in HR, specialising in HR operations, employment law compliance and close collaboration with management in day-to-day practice.
She has strong expertise in setting up HR processes, internal policies and documentation in line with legal requirements.
