Why we founded ELEVIA PEOPLE

Over the years, we worked with both local and international companies and repeatedly encountered the same challenge.

Businesses operating in the Czech Republic often needed local HR expertise, employment law guidance, compliance support and practical day-to-day HR assistance — but did not need or want a full-time HR department.

We founded ELEVIA PEOPLE to bridge that gap.

Today, we help international companies navigate Czech employment law, HR compliance and people management while supporting their managers with practical, business-oriented solutions.

Alongside her HR expertise, she is also a certified coach supporting managers and leaders through change, pressure and organisational growth.

Her approach combines strategic thinking, hands-on experience and genuine respect for people and business realities.

Eva has many years of experience in HR, specialising in HR operations, employment law compliance and day-to-day HR support for managers and employees.

She has strong expertise in HR documentation, internal policies, labour law compliance and creating HR processes that are both legally sound and practical to use.
