How I Work as a Leaderhip Coach

Corporate coaching is led personally by me, Jana.

My approach builds on many years of HR experience, working closely with managers and leadership teams and understanding the pressure and responsibility people face in organisations.

In coaching I create a calm and safe space where employees can pause and reflect on their situation — without pressure for immediate performance or quick solutions.
