If you contact me through a form on this website, I process the information you provide, in particular your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message.

I use this information to:

• respond to your enquiry,

• communicate with you about potential cooperation,

• prepare an offer or enter into a contract.

The legal basis for this processing is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and maintaining related communication.

Providing your personal data is voluntary. However, without your contact details, I may not be able to respond to your enquiry.

If our communication does not result in cooperation, I generally retain your data for no longer than 12 months from our last communication. If a contract is entered into, I retain the necessary data for the duration of our cooperation and subsequently for the period required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
