Every story starts somewhere – ours began ten years ago.
Jana was working as an HR Manager at a company where Eva, then a university student, joined as an intern in HR. From the very beginning, we clicked. Our collaboration worked seamlessly – we moved HR processes forward together, and each day confirmed our shared passion for the field.
After a year, our paths diverged.
Jana continued in internal HR departments, managing comprehensive HR processes. Eva focused on HR compliance and labor law. Even though we followed different paths, we never lost touch – we kept sharing inspiration and experience.
Ten years later, we decided to join forces and create ELEVIA PEOPLE.
Our mission is to be a reliable HR partner for companies seeking clarity and structure in their people processes.

Eva Vlčková Rozumová
Co-Founder
I’m an experienced HR professional, mentor, and coach with over 20 years in the field of human resources. My career journey has taken me from an HR Assistant role to Group HR Project Director in an international company, giving me both strategic insight and a deep understanding of the daily challenges HR professionals face.
I specialize in HR process design, employee development, recruitment, compensation systems, and building strong company culture.
In coaching and mentoring, I focus on career development and work-life balance. I believe that everyone has unique potential waiting to be discovered and nurtured.
With years of experience in international environments and strong language skills, I support both Czech and foreign companies and individuals in HR topics, coaching, and mentoring – in Czech, English, and Spanish.
For me, work-life balance is not a trend – it’s a way of life. I recharge through sports, music, and dance, and I spend my free time on personal growth. I bring not only expertise but also passion and dedication to everything I do.
My goal is to be your partner – someone who listens, supports, and helps you grow. I look forward to working together!
I have worked in Human Resources for over 10 years, gaining experience in retail, smaller companies, and the public sector. I specialize in setting up HR processes, data management, reporting, employment law compliance, and supporting the full employee lifecycle.
My focus lies in aligning legal frameworks with smooth operational execution. I have hands-on experience implementing HR systems and supporting managers through organizational change. I work closely with leadership teams to design practical HR solutions that reflect both company needs and employee well-being.
I originally trained in healthcare, driven by a strong desire to work with people and help them find meaningful direction in life. That passion led me to study Social Pedagogy at Charles University, where I earned a Master’s degree. This interdisciplinary field gave me valuable tools in communication, human interaction, and integration within professional environments.
Combining academic insight with practical HR expertise allows me to see each company as a dynamic social system. I strive to create environments where compliance, clarity, and human connection go hand in hand.
By applying this holistic perspective, I help companies grow not only in terms of structure and compliance, but also through culture, well-being, and long-term sustainability.
